About Maltby Stables
Maltby Stables was established in 1995 by Kathy and Stephen Maltby. Located in Amherst, Nova Scotia, our 137 acre farm is
offers a 29 stall barn with over 60 acres of turnout and pasture facilities. We have an indoor riding arena, outdoor riding ring
and a trail system on our farm for the recreational rider.
Maltby Stables primarily offers individual horse riding lessons, leasing, group lessons as well as birthday and special events
parties. We offer the ability for our students to lease our horses and to train and use these horses on a recreational and competitive basis. We also offer assistance in enabling students to attend shows and exhibitions in eastern Canada.
Maltby Stables also offers breeding and sales services to our high quality AQHA and APHA stallions. We have been successful breeders of quality registered quarter and paint horses since 1995.Fly over Maltby Stables!

"Ceasar's Dell", barn name "Dell" is a 2006 Black Tobiano APHA Stallion tested Homozygous (TT) for Tobiano pattern coloration.
